Finding the Yoga style for YOU, How Yoga will benefit you, Yogi Lingo, and getting Yoga Stoned!
Hello & welcome to another episode of the Powered by Positivity Podcast, with me, your host, Laura Murray - where we’ll talk all things fitness, health, mindset & nutrition.
I’m absolutely delighted to be joined by Margaret Young founder of Wild Soul Yoga and Wellness for this episode, to talk about Yoga. I met Margaret when she first contacted me for personal training back in 2018, and we have since become friends and business confidants!
Margaret, better known as Mags, is a Dublin based 500 hour vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga teacher and wellness entrepreneur.
As well as teaching online and at her home studio, she teaches yoga for a number of top Dublin studios and corporate clients, as well as the prestigious Powerscourt Springs Hotel.
Mags documented her entire yoga teacher trainer journey with a monthly column for Evoke.ie, a top Irish website attracting over 1.2m female readers a month and has contributed wellness articles to multiple publications including the Irish Times and Image.ie.
In this episode we talk about the different types and styles of yoga and finding the right style for YOU, how Yoga will benefit you, Yogi lingo, and getting “Yoga Stoned”... and much more.
I hope you enjoyed this episode as much as I enjoyed the conversation with Mags, and I urge you to take FULL advantage of the free class she is offering for any newbies!
