Since they were sleeping when we recorded the previous Q&A podcast, Alex and Logan went through the same set of questions while on the way to our show in Indianapolis.
Silliness abounds.
The band (sans Alex and Logan who were sleeping) goes through the questions sent on on Instagram, Facebook, and elsewhere. Don't worry, they get their own Q&A episode which will be posted tomorrow.
Sorry this was late, 9 days in a row of driving, setting up, playing a show, tearing down, loading in, turned out to be far more exhausting than we originally thought.
Night #2 in Toledo before we drive to Fort Wayne for our next show, and things get a little weird.
We discuss our favorite NPR Tiny Desk Concerts, and Alex apologizes for something he did.
After a brief interlude of helping Logan figure out how to put the cot together, the band (+ Austin!) discuss what artists influence their work with Margot, if any.
On July 13th we played at Twisted Path Distillery in Milwaukee, WI. Alex wrote a song about something deeply personal for him, and we played it that night for the first time.
For this one we recorded off and on all day, and spliced it all together so you'd get a sense of what a day in the life of Margot + Grandpa is like on the road. Cheers!

a conversation we had after getting back to the house we stayed at at our first show on the road: Steven's Point, Wisconsin.
We made a podcast! This will be another fun way to keep in touch with what the band is up to, and gives inside looks at how we're doing what we're doing.
The podcast currently has 8 episodes available.
