I think we've all been through relationships where we truly feel like we're settling. It can be hard at first to really understand what we're feeling let alone how to deal with the situation, but it takes real courage and confidence to escape from the toxic relationship. But what about when kids are involved? Or when you've been a stay at home mom for so many years and have left your career aside to take care of your family? It's definitely not an easy decision to make and that was exactly what happened to Mari Espinoza, except when I say kids I mean a massive plural, because she has FOUR kids. She talks about her story dealing with divorce, starting a new life, becoming a fitness instructor and encouraging other women to never settle when they know they're not living the best version of the life they're meant to live.
