Beyond the physical there is a common energy, a spirit that is the very essence of life. We call this spirit God, and it permeates everything in the universe!

We are interconnected in this love of God. What causes suffering is that we forget this because it appears that we our separate.

When you begin to forgive and understand that our brother or sister is just us. That is a big game changer! There is no longer any blame game or victimization but rather love and community.
