Certainly, 2023 is going to be a very interesting year for all of us to observe, how the Federal Reserve will conquer the inflation that they have themselves brought onto all of us. We are at the mercy of people who have put the world at risk of all becoming 3rd world countries. I’m not happy about what I see transpiring, and I hope that I can explain what and where and how you can protect yourself. Let’s all go down this rabbit hole together!!

Today’s show was about investing in Canadian REIT’s and the pros and cons to that type of investment. Then we examined the problems with rentals worldwide, with particular emphasis on the USA, Canada and Australia.

Cryptocurrency is the topic in the news these days, since the collapse of FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried. Now Binance is under the scrutiny of the US. Subpoenas have been sent to the hedge fund in probe of crypto exchange Binance stablecoin BUSD.

Of course, the subpoenas are alluding to money laundering. You don’t need to use crypto for money laundering…. it’s easier to launder money using Fiat currency. For me, you can see that the governments are losing power over their own currencies, so they are using cryptocurrency as a scapegoat!! Finally on a brighter note, I moved into more practical tips that included: 3 tips for saving money in 2023 amid rising costs of living!!
