Marianne Cooper is Senior Research Scholar at Stanford University, specialising in all things gender, diversity and inclusion, economic inequality and more. She was the lead researcher for Sheryl Sandberg’s NYT bestseller Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead. She has a Ph.D. in Sociology from Stanford University. Marianne gives our listener reassurance as well as some strategic advice on what to do if you find yourself in such a situation.
