Every time I feel like giving up or when am down and when my heart feels burdened I pray because that the only way I could feel better Any time you feel pain or feel like giving up take some time let your heart speak to God even if you don't speak by your mouth God hears your heart he sees your pain worries needs he just want to express them to him the he shall provide help according to your needs
