A proper chat about all things Yoga with Marit Tinguely. A published Author, accomplished Yogi and Mom she comes to us from Switzerland to talk about yoga in quarantine as well as her experiences with moving to teaching yoga in an online platform and her experience in Switzerland and Geneva with the Co-VID 19 virus. We met at the Barkan Teacher Training about 4 years ago and became great friends and peers. We admire her knowledge and teaching ability as well as her accomplishments on and off the mat. This chat is a little longer than others but, in my opinion, is worth it to hear her thoughts on the scope of the yoga industry going forward.
