This is a great chat with Christina Flory. She is a Bikram Certified teacher who teaches yoga for us at our Yoga studio in Voorhees, NJ. She also works for TD Bank and was kind enough to come on the show and help piece together some common questions regarding PPP and and financial aspect of owning a yoga studio. She does not give financial advise but she has helped me immensely to understand what small businesses are eligible for, language to use when talking to banks, and how to better understand the information and sometimes the misinformation. If you are a small business owner and unsure of where to start to understand the basics this is for you..
A proper chat about all things Yoga with Marit Tinguely. A published Author, accomplished Yogi and Mom she comes to us from Switzerland to talk about yoga in quarantine as well as her experiences with moving to teaching yoga in an online platform and her experience in Switzerland and Geneva with the Co-VID 19 virus. We met at the Barkan Teacher Training about 4 years ago and became great friends and peers. We admire her knowledge and teaching ability as well as her accomplishments on and off the mat. This chat is a little longer than others but, in my opinion, is worth it to hear her thoughts on the scope of the yoga industry going forward.
In this episode of Yoga Chat, Jessie and CeeCee chat with Woman Entrepreneur Chrystal Taylor. Chrystal is a ten year hot yoga studio owner and is in the throws of keeping a yoga community together during the Covid and home quarantine mandates. She is an inspiration and leader for so many.

Cindy brings to light the beginning discussions of a Bhatki Yoga Practice and the development of meditation as a spiritual practice.
The video episode that started it all, Jessie and CeeCee talk about the importance of Yoga and how to build a home practice.
