With episode 300 quickly coming I decided the show needed a facelift.
This week I run through all the updates that are coming in the next week like the new co-host, the live stream moving from Tuesday to Friday and all the other segments that are being introduced.

Due to a last minute change I am with a guest this week so I did what I always do in this situation, I winged it!
This week I touch on a few topics like charity in paintball, my favorite field, what the hell am I going to do for Episode 300 and pitched the idea of a NXL World Cup party event.

This week I wanted to dive further into the conversation I had last week about, is giving away gear to new and/or young player a sustainable practice, does it even have a positive effect on the local paintball community and are there better options people should look at using instead?

Joined by the one and only Eric Engler from Engler Custom Paintball Guns to talk about how he got into modding paintball markers and we also chat about him taking over Command Decision War Games and the famous Fulda Gap event.

Joined by Johnathan Wheeler, an up and coming paintball photographer who gives some advice for the new comers to the world of photographing paintballers, but also talk about his project to do printed magazines for each event he attends. 

With the warmer weather upon us I decided to take another crack at training for a 5k. This got me thinking about other ways to train for paintball and I want to know, how do you train for paintball?
