Para realizar el pago, fue el mismo procedimiento, mediante el código QR, pero esta vez mediante la aplicación V4V, como les mencione al principio, los chicos que atienden en este lugar ya están muy familiarizados con estos pagos en HBD, y a pesar de que la conexión al internet estaba un poco lenta, algo que es común en este país, el proceso fue muy rápido y sencillo, otra experiencia exitosa, que se suma a la cantidad de compras que hacemos a diario con nuestros HBD.

Hola mi hermosa comunidad, espero que todos estén muy bien, y que este nuevo año venga cargado de éxitos, hacer nuestras compras con HBD, cada día es más fácil, y rápido, por eso se ha convertido en mi manera favorita de pagar, todos mis productos. Ayer tenía trabajo en la oficina, y no lleve desayuno, tampoco contaba con suficiente efectivo en bolívares para comprar algún desayuno por la zona, pero como les mencionaba, esto no me preocupa, pues, si contaba con HBD en mi billetera y por supuesto me dirigí a unos de los establecimientos que están cerca de mi trabajo, y venden unos desayunos muy buenos, así que, no hay nada que pensar, solo ir a disfrutar de una rica comida, para comenzar el día con mucha energía.

El lugar que visite, fue Sensi mejor conocido como @invcumananorte este lugar es muy agradable, venden pastelitos, dulces, y unas empanadas que no había tenido la oportunidad de probar y a verdad son deliciosas, además el café es exquisito, pedí dos empanadas, una de carne mechada para mi, y otra de pollo para mi esposo, como no había malta pedí un café, quede muy complacida, fue el desayuno ideal, uno de los favoritos por los venezolanos, y lo mejor de todo esto, fue poder cancelar en HBD, de una forma rápida y segura.

Mi mamá cumple años el 31 de Diciembre, un día muy especial para celebrar y agradecer por la vida, este día a mi esposo le tocó trabajar en una fiesta privada, asi que no podria estar para la cena ni para despedir el año, así que, decidimos hacer algo diferente lo que estamos acostumbrados a hacer todos los años, normalmente cenamos en casa, comida navideña, cantamos cumpleaños, para luego esperar y despedir el año, pero esta vez, salimos un poco más temprano y nos fuimos a @Holasupercenter, uno de nuestros aliados con la cripto adopción, y disfrutamos de una deliciosa cena, algunas cervezas, Micaela jugó en el parque, pasamos un rato super genial.

Después de comer, pedimos la cuenta, la cual cancelamos en su mayoría con HBD, como siempre la atención en @Holasupercenter, a pesar de que estaban ya por cerrar, los chicos nos atendieron de maravilla, luego de comer nos fuismos a casa a cantar cumpelaños a mi mamá, disfrutamos de una deliciosa torta negra que le preparé a mi mami, con mucho cariño, nunca queda tan deliciosa como la que ella prepara, per hago el intento jaja, luego mi esposo tuvo que irse a trabajar y nosotras nos quedamos en casa esperando que se hicieran las 12 am, para despedir este año 2023, a veces la cosas no salen como estamos acostumbrados, pero, lo que no se planea termina siendo mejor, un fin de año de lujo al lado de mi familia, no puedo pedir más, solo agradecer a Dios por estos momentos.

Todos los años en el colegio,preparan una sorpresa para el día de las madres, este año mi princesa Mica que está creciendo muy rápido, me preparo una gran sorpresa, y fue que iba a cantar una canción junto a su papá, primero, las maestras nos reunieron en el salón de los niños, y ahí cada niño le entregó un regalo especial a su madre, hecho por ellos mismos, y luego nos dijeron que pasaramos al patio del colegio, donde iban a presentar a varios niños, con poesías y canciones. Saludos mis queridos amigos, hoy vengo para compartir una receta, que particularmente me fascina, y además forma parte de nuestra tradición, crecí viendo a mi abuelita hacer estos dulces para venderlos, y por supuesto yo hacía la función de control de calidad jaja, les hablo de los tradicionales coquitos de colores, estos delicioso coquitos son un dulce típico de nuestro estado Sucre, comúnmente los vemos a la venta en las vías entre poblados y en fiestas o ferias, tradicionales de nuestra ciudad Cumaná, como las noches de antaño, o fiesta de Santa Inés.

Muchos de los dulces típicos de el estado Sucre están elaborados con el ingrediente especial que es, el coco, me encanta el coco, ya lo he mencionado antes en otras recetas, cualquier dulce o postre que se haga con el coco definitivamente es delicioso, y estos coquitos les aseguro no serán la excepción, existen varias formas de hacer este dulce, yo les voy a compartir la receta de la abuela.

**Los Ingredientes para esta receta son:** 500 gr de coco seco rallado, 2 y 1/2 tazas de azúcar, 2 tazas de agua, colorante comestible.

1- Agregar el agua en un olla, y seguidamente el azúcar y cocinar a fuego medio, hasta que el azúcar se disuelva por completo.

2- Una vez que el azúcar este bien disuelta, agregamos el coco, y mezclamos muy bien, a fuego medio bajo, aproximadamente por 15 min, o hasta que la mezcla esté casi sin líquido, pero debemos estar pendiente que se mantenga húmeda. es decir que no se seque por completo el agua.

3- Cuando la mezcla esté lista, agregamos en cantidades iguales a varios platos, para luego añadirles el colorante de nuestra preferencia, agregamos el colorante y mezclamos inmediatamente muy bien.

4- Luego de agregar el colorante y mezclar, dejamos reposar, hasta que la mezcla esté bien fría, para formar nuestros coquitos, con las manos limpias, tomamos un poco de la mezcla, amasamos un poco y le damos forma circular.

5- Luego que estén listos los coquitos los dejamos reposar por unos 30 min aproximadamente, y luego disfrutamos de este manjar.

El viaje fue hacia el parque nacional mochima, especialmente a playa manare, este paraíso está ubicado en el estado Sucre, se caracteriza por sus hermosas y cristalinas aguas, de verdad es una maravilla. Salimos hacia mochima desde la sede de IMATUR, y muy rápido llegamos a nuestro destino Mochima, nos dieron una grata bienvenida, los amigos de ecomochima, un delicioso desayuno, o que más le gusta a casi todos lo venezolanos, empanadas jaja, antes de llegar a playa manare, dimos un increíble recorrido por todas las playas de este paraíso.

Llegamos a playa manare, y enseguida todos nos dimos un chapuzón, el sol estaba intenso jaja, compartí con todos mis compañeros hivers, pasamos un día genial, disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo, pescado frito, para cualquier venezolano este plato es la gloria, ajaj. Después de almorzar seguimos disfrutando de nuestro día, todos estábamos felices, contemplando tanta belleza y compartiendo como buenos amigos, definitivamente un día de relax, y lo mejor de todo esto es que pudimos pagar este maravillosos viaje con nuestros HBD, cada vez este proyecto de cripto adopción crece más y más, algo que me tiene muy orgullosa de todo el equipo de #hivesucre, todavía nos queda mucho trabajo por hacer, y sé que vamos a lograrlo.
