We live in a world that often seems backwards, where what is wrong is labeled as right, and what is right is sometimes dismissed. And when we stay there for a while, we may begin to adopt these views and apply them to our relationship with God. When our beliefs conflict with what the Bible teaches, and we still choose to follow our own ideas, we create a version of God in our own image.
