Jesus gathers the disciples in a house to further explain to them the process of learning to die to self and live for the Kingdom. Jesus is discipling them, he is modeling what they are to do with others. He gives 5 aspects of which reorient the disciples understanding of becoming a follower of Jesus: postion, prestige, public and private life, and purpose.
