Mark is an aspiring Ultra Marathon runner and defensive backs coach at the University of St. Thomas. Mark is our final podcast guest of the year and we couldn't have asked for a better person to cap it off. Mark has listened to us intensively for the last year and is the first guy in our inbox each week with ways in which guests have provided tools for his Backpocket. What you'll find out about Mark is he is one of the most mentally tough guys out there. After running his first marathon in September of this year, Mark has caught the bug for long distance training and has now signed up for multiple 50k's and even an Iron Man for 2020.
