    Justice Antonin Scalia has passed, and along with him an era of American civility and constitutionalism has also gone extinct.  He was to the Supreme Court what Ronald Reagan was to the Presidency.  His close kinship with fellow Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg--a flaming leftist--demonstrated his rare gift of civility despite stark disagreement.  Civility is now nearly extinct in our society.  Scalia was also an undying advocate of judicial restraint and citizen sovereignty.  Judicial restraint and democratic rule of law is ALL BUT LOST.  Scalia was the leading originalist Justice on the bench.  We have lost the court's major restraining force, and now the future of the court hangs in the balance.  Will we have a humble court that protects our constitutional rights, or will we be ruled by a totalitarian judicial oligarchy?
    Scalia's death is particularly relevant to the abortion wars.  On March 2nd, oral arguments for Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt will be made.  The Highest Court will be deciding whether new Texas laws holding abortion clinics to normal surgical clinic standards place an "undue burden" upon the so-called "fundamental right" to abortion.  Several restrictions across the country (even the transfer agreement law here in Ohio, which we rely upon for success with Killers Among Us) will be on the line!  Without Scalia, it is unlikely that these laws will be upheld.  The decision will likely be split, which would defer to the lower court (which affirmed the laws), but WE NEED TO PRAY for this result!

    discontinue providing Planned Parenthood the services to dispose of aborted
    children and the instruments used to kill them, we will have missed a
    HISTORIC OPPORTUNITY to stop the killing. The time is now to demand that
    Stericycle stop enabling Planned Parenthood to kill babies.

    Peace cannot long last in a society that condemns its heroes to protect its villains.  America is quickly becoming that dystopian society.  Last week, Harris County (in Houston, TX) District Attorney Devon Anderson, during an investigation of a local Planned Parenthood, INDICTED THE WITNESSES TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD'S CRIMES--the undercover journalists--AND LET PLANNED PARENTHOOD OFF THE HOOK!  David Daleiden (President of The Center for Medical Progress and witness to PP's secret baby parts trade) has been indicted by a grand jury for "tampering with a government document" and "purchasing human tissue." Oddly enough, that same grand jury denied that Planned Parenthood sold any baby parts to him! They can't have it both ways, can they?We can be sure that this indictment was no more than a political calculation by the leftists.  Corruption and conflict of interest in this indictment is undeniable.  One of the attorneys from the DA's office is an ACTIVE PLANNED PARENTHOOD BOARD MEMBER, and in the past the DA has received LARGE DONATIONS from the lawyers of abortionists she was prosecuting.  Additionally, none of the charges stand up to scrutiny.  Sure, Daleiden did use false driver's licenses to fool Planned Parenthood, but not to defraud a government agency!  And he never actually purchased any of the tissue--he only discussed it!Isaiah 59:4 says "so justice is driven back and righteousness stands at a distance.  Truth stumbles in the streets, and honesty cannot enter."  That verse is descriptive of this story.  Heroes are outcasts and the wicked often prevail.  Please support David Daleiden as he defends himself against these trumped up charges.  Give to his legal team today through The Center for Medical Progress or Life Legal Defense Foundation.

    Ryan Bomberger of the Radiance Foundation says “racism is the go-to for liberals.”  Liberals claim that every institution of American life is touched by racism... except the industry that KILLS--disproportionately--hundreds of thousands of innocent black human beings annually, of course!  In fact, according to liberal politicians, even suggesting that the abortion industry is racist IS ITSELF RACIST.  Abortion occurs up to 5 times more in the black community.  In NYC, more black babies are aborted than are born.  For every 1,000 born alive, there are 1,180 are aborted.  How is it racist to say so?  Wouldn't it be more racist to try and COVER UP those facts?
    US Congressman Sean Duffy, a Republican from Wisconsin gave a powerful speech about the alarming amounts of abortions in the black community.  The response of the Congressional Black Caucus was to propose legislation CONDEMNING DUFFY'S STATEMENTS AS RACIALLY INSENSITIVE!

  • Abortionists Want Their "Livelihoods" to Be Private. We Can't Allow That. | The Mark Harrington Show
    Abortionists KNOW that what they are doing is WRONG.  In the abortion documentary, "Lake of Fire," an abortionist narrates a 20-week abortion while sifting through the body parts of a just-torn-apart baby and making excuses for it, saying: "The media likes to focus on the fetus--the gory parts.  But what we should really focus on is that the woman can finally get on with her life."  But that wouldn't be an excuse for killing a born child.  Abortionists know abortion is wrong... they JUST DON'T CARE.  Many (though less) women also know exactly what they are doing.  We must care for the women that ARE PROVEN VICTIMS, but we must STOP PANDERING to women who knowingly turn their children over.
    Abortionists are AWARE that abortion is wrong, but they still do it!  But experience tells us that simply PUBLICIZING their "work" brings them a shame that often REPELS them from the abortion industry.  The Bible says to let no one support those who shed innocent blood.  Our "Killers Among Us" project puts that into practice.  Since 2013, we have exposed nine abortionists and have GOTTEN FOUR TO QUIT!
