Mark Houck is a pro-life activist from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, who was arrested in 2022 in a pre-dawn raid for a 2021 incident in Philadelphia, where he defended his then 12-year-old son from an aggressive Planned Parenthood clinic escort. In early 2023, Houck was acquitted of charges that he violated a federal law protecting access to abortion clinics. Houck was facing up to 11 years in federal prison.

Houck is also the Founder and President of The King’s Men.
