On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, a counter push has started against Luddites who want to prevent industrial and technological progress by banning data centers. Yes, there are legitimate concerns and there will be some little inconveniences, but a flat ban would set America back decades while the enemy moves forward. Also, the Supreme Court, by a 5-4 majority, told a lower court to back off trying to stop President Trump's new White House ballroom. The majority said the plaintiff didn't have standing to sue. Chief Justice John Roberts joined the minority - if it were up to him, he would destroy separation of powers. How does it affect Congress' powers if the President raises private funds for the White House? Then, imams of a Shia Muslim mosque in Dearborn, Michigan pledged its allegiance to the Islamic regime in Iran, calling the U.S. a nation of "devil-worshipers." Most of these mosques in Dearborn are raising future Islamists. The indoctrination of young kids is a poison that spreads into the wider culture. Why do these radical Islamist imams use the language of class warfare and violence? Ali Khamenei told them to use Marxist language and propaganda in the West. Marxism is attractive to Western liberals.  Meanwhile, national conservatism is a form of older paleo conservatism and such isms are not new - like Theodore Roosevelt’s progressive nationalism and Huey Long who rebranded fascism as anti-fascism. This echoes Orwell’s remark that every government, even communist ones, claims to be a democracy. Words have meanings that politicians often confuse and contort, and conservatives and Republicans should not abandon one of the greatest periods of conservatism and Republicanism in the 80's, just as they should not abandon Trump. Later, certain infrastructure, including Kharg island, must be taken out and the Iranian people armed. Even if the regime’s leaders lack money, they remain like World War II Japanese kamikazes: religious zealots who treated the Emperor as God on earth, prayed, fought, and lived for him—the product of nationalism. The Iranian regime will not surrender for its people’s good or because its military is defeated, and any document or negotiation it signs is merely an ends-justifies-the-means tactic. The regime must therefore be obliterated and eliminated. The only real way to overthrow it is from within; the President has created the conditions for that, but unless further steps are taken the concern remains that collapse could simply produce another such regime. Finally, Stacy Garrity calls in to discuss her run for Governor in Pennsylvania against Josh Shapiro. Shapiro appears to view himself as a lock for governor, but Garrity argues he has major weaknesses and is more focused on national ambitions than helping Pennsylvania families. Shapiro has never faced a serious opponent or a negative ad in over a decade, so voters still see him as a moderate when he is not.

It's the pandemic and fracking all over again. Luddites who don't believe in industrial progress tell people they'll lose their jobs, but data centers will create jobs you've never even heard of. If we want to keep pace with adversaries like China, we'd better ignore the Luddites and pandering politicians and go all in on industrial progress. Also, how would the most advanced society and economy survive without data centers? Foreign countries like China, India and Israel are embracing AI. If they support data centers and America doesn't, where do you think tech workers will go? How do you turn off the human brain? Some say if the GOP loses the midterm elections it will be because of data centers. Wasn't Iran supposed to be the main issue in the midterms? A lot of these Luddites and isolationists are the same. Then, if we hit the brakes hard on AI and data centers, we won't have the most advanced computers, medical care, and other things. Those who oppose data centers haven't lived in a society that put the brakes on the future. They're happy living in the present, but you can't sustain the present without AI. The world won't want our products and services. Or maybe you prefer Cuba with their 1950s Chevys and no medical advances? All great empires of the past, including Britain, are gone. Will America be next? Finally, AI data centers know no economic or social classes. Everyone benefits from them. Yet, the class warfare ideologues want you to believe there are. In East Loudoun County VA, one of the wealthiest and most highly educated populations in the country if not the world, sit the vast majority of our country's data centers -- upwards of 80%. The end-users are of every walk of life. Those who construct the data centers are union, non-union, blue collar, as well as computer geeks and a wide variety of trades and skilled workers. Those who operate them tend to be highly educated in the STEMs. And we cannot imagine how many new technologies, inventions, products, services, cures, enterprises, etc., will grow from this new Industrial Revolution.

According to a poll, 71% of Americans oppose data centers. But what is it they oppose? There's a lot of lies and misinformation floating around, like what happened during COVID. Democrats are weaponizing impeachment for pure politics against a president who won a record popular vote, Electoral College total, and every swing state, rather than addressing genuine constitutional violations. Also, Hasan Piker’s recent remarks linking American Jews’ support for Israel to potential violence against them, while blaming AIPAC for Democratic backlash, have drawn condemnations from several Democratic lawmakers. AIPAC is a transparent American PAC funded by Americans—unlike foreign influence from places such as Qatar or Turkey. Furthermore, what is in the president's mail-in voting executive order? It ensures voter integrity and the requirements are common sense, yet Democrats and their media lie about it as an effort to stop women and people of color from voting and call it a grave threat. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. Democrats are attacking President Trump for wanting to end mail-in voting, even though it is widely recognized around the world as promoting fraud. It's absurd that Democrats label requirements to vote in person and show ID as racist or unconstitutional.  This midterm election is good versus evil - the contrast has never been clearer given the Democrats widespread support of socialism and communism.  Also, illegal immigration remains the larger issue in America. The affordability crisis traces back to Joe Biden’s introduction of millions of new people via illegal immigration. Later, AOC’s claims that guaranteed healthcare for every American is a right rather than a privilege. Declaring healthcare a right will quickly expand into demands for other “rights,” including housing of one’s choosing. AOC openly embraces her communist views that the government should meet every basic need. Afterward, musician Jelly Roll is facing backlash for criticizing Trump and mocking his weight.  Why would a Nashville country artist risk alienate a largely conservative Tennessee audience? Entertainers are free to take political stands but must know whether their audience will remain after they do so.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, what is in the president's mail-in voting executive order? It ensures voter integrity and the requirements are common sense, yet Democrats and their media lie about it as an effort to stop women and people of color from voting and call it a grave threat. The Democrats and their slip-and-fall lawyers always seem to be on the side of the cheaters but claim they are just looking out for the rest of us. This executive order is perfectly legitimate. Also, a leaked CBC memo instructed reporters ahead of the 25th anniversary of 9/11 not to refer to the attacks as terrorist attacks, instead describing hijackings that led to passenger jet crashes in Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, and Manhattan that destroyed the World Trade Center. If 9/11 is not terrorism then terrorism does not exist. The left and Islamists in media allow this insanity to spread like poison.  Later, people aren’t reading books, especially young people, so they lack independent information and don’t understand the history of socialism; they aren’t taught it and are instead taught that socialism is fantastic. Many do not know what happened in the Holocaust or the Civil War’s massive battles to preserve the Union and end slavery, nor why the Electoral College or the Senate exist. As a result they listen to Rasputin-type figures and radical anti-American faculty with tenure become the only source they have, leaving them without enough knowledge to push back. Afterward, the Democrats did everything they could to stop Ronald Reagan from pursuing the Strategic Defense Initiative, which led to Patriot missiles, among other life-saving technologies. The media regurgitated the Democrats' talking points, and mocked Reagan and "Star Wars."  The Democrats, the media, and the Woke Reich isolations opposed significant increases in our defense budget, which has been shrinking as a percentage of GDP for some time. Meanwhile,  Barack Obama and Biden changed names on forts, ships, mountains. They changed nouns and pronouns. But Trump changes names to promote America and these same people lose what’s left of their minds. Finally, Jon Husted calls in to discuss his Senate run against Sherrod Brown in Ohio. Brown tries to portray himself as a moderate but he's a liberal. Husted says the Democratic Socialists are taking over the Democratic party. They want to make us less free and take more control over your money and your future. Husted supports President Trump's polices on the border, trans athletes in women's sports and so one.

We're not discussing freedom of religion but rather individuals who seek to destroy the country, promote violence, attack the Constitution and Declaration of Independence, and undermine the system—primarily first- and second-generation Islamists, some of them naturalized citizens or children of birthright citizenship (like Piker). The Washington ruling class lacks the will to defend law-abiding American patriots, with Democrats protecting such individuals for their votes and others remaining intimidated by accusations of Islamophobia. Later, a Democrat nobody's heard of, Rep Johnny Olszewski, declares that impeachment of President Trump a top priority if Democrats take the House. Democrats are weaponizing impeachment for pure politics against a president who won a record popular vote, Electoral College total, and every swing state, rather than addressing genuine constitutional violations. Also, NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani opposes a private Manhattan event featuring the leader of India’s Hindu nationalist group (the RSS, ideological parent of the ruling party and linked to Prime Minister Modi). This is part of a pattern of his hostility toward Jews, Italians, and now Indians.  Mamdani a bigot who trashes PM Modi the same way leftists trash PM Netanyahu.  Later, Hasan Piker’s recent remarks linking American Jews’ support for Israel to potential violence against them, while blaming AIPAC for Democratic backlash, have drawn condemnations from several Democratic lawmakers. AIPAC is a transparent American PAC funded by Americans—unlike foreign influence from places such as Qatar or Turkey. Finally, Sen Dan Sullivan calls in to discuss his Senate election against Mary Peltola, who is a far-left liberal whose two terms in Congress produced zero bills signed into law. Sullivan called Alaska’s ranked-choice voting system a manipulable scam put on the ballot to elect liberals - don't fall for it.

Founded in 1935 as government-funded retirement insurance, it's expanded massively from its original scope to more than 58 million recipients. Unlike in years past, soon there will not be enough workers to pay into the system. It's effectively broke. Social Security is meant to be funded by payroll taxes - effectively, a tax on employment. The money is supposed to be deposited into a trust fund, but that no longer exists. Today's retirees get less benefits than they paid in. And those who didn't pay into the system, like illegal aliens, get full benefits. Politicians are running Social Security into the ground like they did Medicare. Then, why are so many young people socialists? Because they don't read substantive stuff. And not these AI-generated books, but real books by real authors who did their own original research. Young people these days would rather get on TikTok and social media than read a book about America, the Constitution, the Third Reich, the Holocaust, or isolationism in the 1930s that led to Pearl Harbor. Ever see these videos where someone goes to college campuses and ask students basic questions about American civics? What does the Senate do? What is the Electoral College? What does packing the Supreme Court mean? They haven't a clue. This is why education is so important, especially early in life. We've handed education over to the government and teachers' unions, and we wonder why kids grow up loving socialism? Finally, Jeanne Allen, author of "The Education Avengers: How and Why a New Class of Heroes Is Fighting America's Biggest Battle," tells the stories of twelve remarkable individuals who, like The Avengers from the Marvel movie, fought for those who can't defend themselves: children. The Education Avengers took on the Hydra - aka the education establishment, the many-headed tangle of rules, compliance mandates, unions and apathy. These people come from different backgrounds: teachers, entrepreneurs, pastors, parents, innovators and business leaders. They're examples of what ordinary people can do when they band together and don't accept the status quo.

We say we're America First but oppose an industry that will keep America as the world's tech leader? Then, Abdul El-Sayed on MS NOW complains that Trump thinks he's less American. And why wouldn't he? El-Sayed says the election is about pocketbook issues like healthcare and affordability but with someone like El-Sayed, this election is about his ties to terror groups. It is about sharia law. It is about his father's ties. It is his association with Hasan Piker who thinks America deserved 9/11. Did El-Sayed's parents or grandparents fight for this country? Don't be fooled by Islamists who pretend to be someone they're not. Finally, JD Vance says we must be ruthless in our exercise of power. That's wrong. There is a difference between positive power and negative power. While negative power is the ruthless use of power, positive power is power exercised properly in line with the Constitution and the Declaration's emphasis on the individual. The Constitution spells out who gets what kind of power and how much, and the further away we get from the Constitution, the closer we come to authoritarianism and tyranny. The key point: power must be exercised legitimately.

This week on the Mark Levin Show, we should encourage independent engagement with ideas like those of Justice Clarence Thomas rather than selling out to the left, communists, socialists, Islamists, the Woke Reich, isolationists, or others who have fallen into traps pushing greater interventionism or abandoning the dollar as the reserve currency. The prevailing hate directed at America, its founders, symbols, belief systems, Judaism, Christianity, and Israel should be condemned. We must maintain constitutional conservatism! President Trump, as Commander-in-Chief, made the decision to go to war with Iran and destroy their nuclear regime. Not Benjamin Netanyahu or anyone else. He did. But the Woke Reich neo-fascist isolationists can't accept that. In the past, Democrats and Republicans would have united behind this decision. Now, Democrats and Democratic Socialists on the left and the Woke Reich on the far right are undermining Trump and our troops. We know what the Iranian regime will do if they get their hands on nukes. We know they already fund terror groups all over the world. We know they push their ideology to the young, including right here in America. Right now, in the USA, weak governors allow fortress mosques to be built in our communities. In their hatred of Jews, the Woke Reich are ok with Iran and Putin. The Woke Reich are the modern-day appeasers of Hitler in the 1930s, but they don't have the integrity to admit it. Later, in the 1970s gas prices jumped due to OPEC's boycott of the U.S. over its Israel policies. Back then people blamed the oil companies instead of OPEC. Today the same manufactured hostility targets AI data centers. Governors ban or endlessly delay them with false pollution claims once used against fracking. The real issue is electricity: decades of blue-state regulations and anti-capitalist obstruction have blocked grid upgrades. Critics now complain data centers will consume too much power, yet refuse the solutions—expand the grid and let the centers build their own generation, including nuclear. Adversaries, especially China, face no such constraints and will dominate future technology, military, space, and health-care advances if America continues this economic self-sabotage. Furthermore, one of the dangers of so-called national conservatism, which has a relatively small following, is that it overlaps with the left by de-emphasizing individualism and stressing that each nation-state should simply be what it wishes. This isolationist approach should be rejected. We need to affirm American sovereignty, strong borders, traditional religion and culture, traditional family structures, and opposition to international institutions like the UN in favor of the Constitution. National conservatism’s economic protectionism and interventionism skate too close to the left and serve as excuses for isolationism, centralization that erodes federalism, and more government control; the opposite is needed—deregulation, further tax cuts, and shrinking the central government—lest economic collapse destroy civil society, as the COVID-era attacks on liberties in blue states and cities already demonstrated.

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, a major debate among conservatives will run through the 2028 Republican primaries, pitting Buchananites (post-liberal conservatives) against Reaganites and Trumpites, with some Trumpites sounding more like the former. It centers on national conservatism versus traditional constitutional conservatism and the proper use of government power. Some voices push interventionism resembling FDR or LBJ—socialist lite—without clear limits, seeking popular appeal while dismissing the strong growth of the 1980s. Such candidates could win a primary but lose the general election. Power is ubiquitous and shapes politics and liberty, yet is distinct from liberty itself.  Properly used, as in the American Revolution and the Constitution that replaced the weak Articles of Confederation, it secures ordered liberty through limited, divided government (“positive power”). Abused, it centralizes authority, erodes liberty, and turns democracies toward autocracy (“negative power”)—via courts overriding voters, people voting away their freedom, or bureaucratic expansion. Also, Doran Spielman, international spokesman in the Israeli Prime Minister’s office, describes rising tensions as Erdogan moves military forces into Syria near Israel’s border to exploit the situation, having taken over and militarized a former Russian base despite Netanyahu’s warnings, prompting an Israeli Air Force strike. Erdogan is now sending more vehicles including tanks into southwestern Syria; Netanyahu has again warned against it, while Erdogan claims this is not Gaza and even the United States could not protect Israel if struck, to which Netanyahu replied that Israel has faced bigger empires. Later, President Trump campaigns for Sen Darline Graham in South Carolina and we take his remarks live! Finally, Ken Paxton calls in his Texas Senate race against James Talarico - a hardcore leftist who is trying to reinvent himself as a moderate Democrat. If a Democrat wins this seat, it would reshape Texas and threaten Republican control of the Senate. Paxton’s top priority is the Save America Act to secure elections; he also prioritizes tackling the federal deficit, placing constitutional conservatives on the judiciary, and confronting China as America’s primary economic and military challenge.
