Its no surprise to anyone that the U.S. has been n a downward slope it's been a slow but steady pace onto a terminal decline leading many to believe that a New American Civil War is on the way and many are thinking it's the election that will kick it off depending on who finally wins the white house when the dust settles

but there is hope, and the US has pulled back from the brink of chaos before. In the 1930s, as parts of Europe slid into fascism, the US went in a different direction, and today, we have a renewed interest in politics, money, and finance. We have new technology that allows us to build and store wealth outside the system and run things in a trustless decentralized way

and it's through this knowledge and education of the broken money leading to a broken society that will cause Americans to rise up and demand a sound and just money again

The Regulators' Worst Fear? | It's Only The Beginning!

US Lawmakers and regulators have a tough job. Their sole focus and job is to keep the US Dollar

as the reserve currency and superpower of the world!

Just over a year ago, House Financial Services Committee member Brad Sherman from CA went before congress to talk about the Facebook currency Libra, cryptocurrencies in general, and of course Bitcoin.

He warned Congress that these new types of assets have the potential to threaten the US dollar's dominance over the global financial system.

One of the countries that has been hit extremely hard with sanctions is Iran. Just last week, after the US Treasury Department placed new sanctions against them, they made a big move. They decided to use Bitcoin to fund imports.

The Islamic republic has become the first country in the world to adopt bitcoin at a state level for value exchange IRAN is somewhat desperate, as they have seen annual inflation of about 35% since 2018 and the value of their currency, (the Rial) has fallen dramatically.

Today there was an announcement that Venezuela will incorporate Bitcoin to its Patrias Crypto Remittance Platform. This will enable Venezuelan citizens to formally receive remittances in cryptocurrency form.

Many citizens of Venezuela that have been hit hard by hyperinflation already use bitcoin as a store of value as well as for cross-border payments. And the formal incorporation of bitcoin into the national remittances system will continue to boost the use of cryptos by Venezuelans The Venezuelan government is also following IRAN by formally recognizing and endorsing Bitcoin mining.

Bitcoin is moving fast and could be closing in on its previous ATH of almost $20,000 so, should you buy it now, wait for a pullback, or just ignore it as a fad and trend that just won't go away?

but... with the price pushing back to all-time highs you can't ignore it anymore and many are tempted to buy for the first time or buy more when the price moves up, but the question that's on everyone's mind is... should I buy it now, or wait for a pullback?

and the answer is one you might not like but it depends... you knew I would say that right?

the first thing we have to always know is why am I buying it, do I want to buy it now to hope it goes to ATH and sells? or do I think it can go to 50k, or do I think its the future what is your purpose and what is your level of confidence

so, let me give you the answers regardless of where you fall in the camp First we will start with the skeptics, lets say you are getting more interested you realize it won't die, and that more and more hedge funds, corporations, and big-name investors are getting in, but... your still skeptical

So in order to do that, we're going to jump back in time, all the way back to 1944.

Now if you've been watching this channel for a long time, you might know what that date means 1944 I've referenced it many times, and that is the time of the Bretton Woods agreement. Yes, the book The creature from Jekyll Island.

And so that's where basically the world got together and formed this Bretton Woods agreement, and basically that is when the world went on to this gold standard so the United States said we will hold all the world's gold for them.

And then we will back the US dollar to gold, and then all the countries of the world will now peg their currencies to the dollar. And so, everything will be pegged to the dollar everything's backed by, and then everything's backed by gold. But what's mostly.

What's more important about this is not the fact of going into the gold standard is not really what we're talking about today. What's more important about this is it really was the first time that the whole world got together and agreed on something. Alright, and that is the big piece that we're going to focus on today, so not about gold today it's not about the dollar it's not about Fiat well.

"Inflation" isn't just debate, it's class war. And it's not just between two classes, but rather by several classes broken down by income, assets, age, demographics, and more... and for those not paying attention, and not understanding the battle lines being drawn they will be surprised by the acceleration of the unraveling. and will find themselves, without won't have many choices or options as it all comes crashing down

Most people who think they understand economics but have been trained by the modern university were taught a version of Keynesian economics which teaches we need to spend to grow and inflation is not only good but required to allow the economy to expand Others who have learned economics through the more Austrian lens like me, who are sound money believers will tell you that inflation is theft that steals the value from your wages, wealth and savings but today, I am not here to debate inflation vs deflation but rather to show you another way to look at it and to examine some of the different sides because, it has some serious implications, so big that it's creating its own class war...

"Inflation" affects different people in different economic classes very differently. I put inflation" in italics because it's not one phenomenon, it's numerous phenomena crammed into one deceptively simple word. When "inflation" boosts the value of assets, such as houses, stocks, bonds, diamonds, etc. to the moon, everyone who owns these assets are happy. they see their net worth going up in dollars and feel more wealthy and happy

But... for the other economic class, the people who DON"T own any assets they don't own a home or stocks, or other assets all they get from inflation is a reduction of the purchasing power of their wages, for this group, whose only income is earned from their labor they suffer, as their paychecks buy fewer goods and services.

And it's this difference that is really creating the 2 classes The people that own assets see their wealth soaring and those who own no assets and are only working for their pay see their labor purchasing less and less

"Inflation" isn't an abstract debate —  it's class war. And it's not just between two classes, those who depend on wages/earned income and those reaping the trillions in unearned income and wealth. There are warring classes fractured by age,  demographics, political loyalties and issues of who's hoarding what: every one of these fractured classes is competing for scarce resources, scarce income, and scarce security.

Those who don't see the fragmentation, the scarcities, and the battle lines being drawn will be surprised by the acceleration of the unraveling. and for those not watching this unfold and preparing right now won't have many choices or options as it all comes crashing down
