Celebrating 30 years as a rock drummer with Little Angels, Feeder and Skunk Anansie, Mark Richardson has not only lived the rock and roll life style but lived through it when so many of his contemporaries sadly did not.
In this episode, Mark opens up to Scary and Gary about his demons and his addictions and how, now with 18 years of sobriety he looks back with different eyes and works as a founder of the charity, Music Supports to provide help and support for those in the UK music industry affected by mental health and/or addiction.
Mark also reveals his part in research in to the physiological effect of intense drumming as well as the affect on brain function through drumming. Using his skills to work with and help those with autism.
