The marketing agent and a corrupt journalist plot to sell fake news for their own gain. 

They want to create an image of discontent and aggressiveness between the two  groups: Los Latinos and Los Catedraticos. By doing this they think that the rise to fame of both groups and news paper sales will hit full throttle, in one fair swoop.
