We are fortunate to live in an age of advancing technology, but we run the risk of over-saturating our market with off-the-shelf tools that gather faceless data and create ineffective content. Marketing has a remarkable power to inspire audiences. Instead of an influx of new tech to adopt, marketing also needs a deeper understanding of human behavior that will foster more meaningful relationships. The focus of my talk 'A Balanced Attack' is to recognize this remarkable digital age, but maintain a balance of interpersonal relationships in work and life for better results and more importantly a fulfilled existence. 
 
AI is playing a bigger role in marketing by personalizing an automaton. AI is a perfect snapshot of my talk, recognizing this space of amazing technological advancement, but at the same time generating a level of fear of the unknown and what AI means to the workforce going forward. 
 
The emphasis of my talk is effective communication and the lost art of interacting with one another on a more personal level!
