Leesha Archie, is a mother, media influencer, and motivator making waves in cities across the U.S. She is a 20-year veteran of the entertainment industry and Founder and CEO of Leesha Archie Enterprises, LLC; home of The REAL U. Leesha Archie Enterprises, LLC. (LAELLC) is a well-known brand for creative programming for organizations with a social cause. REAL stands for Restoration, Elevation, Affirmation, and Liberation.
As the CEO OF LAELLC, Archie works with companies and industry experts to provide end-to-end service and seamless delivery of events, products, and multimedia that not only bring the event to life; but put targeted audiences in their seats. Her work in the entertainment and production industry has influenced leading acts and up and comers across multiple entertainment and media industries including radio, print, broadcast, and film production. Industry experts will recognize her from her work at LAMB Productions, a production company she created and led for more than 16 years and was the first home of REAL Conference. Archie created the REAL Conference to help people understand that they are in a process, develop strategies to navigate the process successfully, and learn to see progress in the results.
She has traveled industry roads that gave her the skills and experience to finally be “REAL.” As part of executive partnerships in such companies as Pursuing Vision, LLC, LAMB Productions, and now the owner of LAELLC, she has successfully navigated a complicated and demanding industry to find her voice following a personal crisis that nearly took her soul and her voice.
In 2004, Leesha was raped. It has been a journey hiding out as an assistant, behind the camera, a behind the scenes resource, a loyal team player. Leesha realized that this was part of the pain, to avoid the limelight to avoid being noticed. As she began to share her story, the impact on others and on herself made her understand that THIS was part of her purpose. For Leesha, it is a personal story that needs to be told so that others find their platform and share their collective voices.
Archie’s industry knowledge and awareness, complimented by a master’s degree in Entertainment Business (EBMS) from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fla., and a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Archie is currently the host of REAL Praise on Praise 107.9 in Jacksonville, Fla. Though she has accomplished many things in life, her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to Gavin Michael.
