Evangelist Victoria Holland is a native of Martinsville, VA and currently resides in Greensboro, NC. She is the youngest daughter of Elder Edward Holland and the late First Lady Nannie Holland.  She currently serves under the direction of Pastor Yulanda Smith of Empowering Lives Christian Center, Martinsville, VA.

She is the Founder/CEO and Facilitator of Elevated Not Tolerated Coaching and Motivational Services.  She also operates other small businesses under the umbrella Victoria Elevates. In 2018 she completed and published her first book “DIVA In Position Going Through the Storm.” This book is currently being Revised a 2nd time and will be available early fall. She also has other Self-Help books that will be released in 2020...stay tuned. Evangelist Victoria has a BA in Business, Certified Professional Life Coach, Ordained Evangelist and has Certification in Early Childhood Development. She has a PHD in Life Is A Tightrope. She is the Founder and Facilitator of The Coaches on Parade, which brings Coaches, counselors, experts in various fields to a platform of educating others.

Victoria has three daughters, one goddaughter, two godson and five grandsons. She is a family-oriented & a positive individual who just simply loves God with everything she has. She is a true leader, motivator, conqueror, & teacher. Her praise is out of this world & her worship is for real.

Victoria believes that every individual has something powerful that lies within and that through strategic intervention that we all can rise above anything and everything that we are faced with. Through Elevated Not Tolerated she is able to help others gain the strength, discipline, and meet the goals of their life. Through her Positive Self Building Course that she currently teaches online and her Motivational Workshops she believes it’s time to reprogram, redefine, and re- empower ourselves to that destination called Purpose that God has destined for us.

Latonya A.Green is best described as a woman of favor, purpose and undeniable spiritual intimacy with God. She is known for her passion to encourage and push people on a daily basis. She is an anointed psalmist, song writer, speaker, entrepreneur, radio host and author. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, while having a background as a Cosmetologist and Nurse Tec for almost 10yrs. As a young entrepreneur at age 13, she made hats and scarfs and styled many heads and she is known for cooking from various continents.Those are just a few of her many creative talents and gifts. Ms Green's background as a psalmist is known in her birth state of South Carolina where she constantly sung during youth services and in the choir at her Uncles church as well as spoke as a junior missionary. She has a strong belief in being intimate with God through personal relationship because it is God who has predestined mankind from beginning to end. No matter the circumstances or how hard life can be, we all can fulfill our purpose in life. At age 13, Ms Green noticed the need for encouragement to young girls and women that were in broken homes who had low self-esteem, going through identity crisis and was void of their purpose in life. It was at age 19 that God gave Ms Green the vision to start a non-profit organization that would help girls and women going through these dispositions. 2018 Esther's Crown Incorporated was established and on a mission to impact, empower and motivate change in the lives of girls and woman ages 7 to 50 yrs. Ms Green's passion and pursuit is to change the lives and direction of girls and women by impacting, educating, empowering and motivating through the word of God and professionally providing them with the necessary tools needed to walk in their purpose on earth.
