Today was a great lecture on being better internally so we can grow externally. Find your brand and what makes you the person you are and want to be. Share things of value with others.

Today was a speaker that is #4 in the world with marketing for Pinterest. She had previously been a chef for Disney World. He message was great and very concise. Be yourself and bring out the brand in you and nobody else. We tend to compare ourselves to the highlight reels of others. This only brings us down and tarnishes our self-esteem...so stop it.

Today we get into a healthy mindset and how we use it to succeed in life. All of our emotions are created internally contrary to one's belief. We need to be gatekeepers to our mind. Success is based on our internal strength.

Today was day 2 of the training for Young Entrepreneurs Program. If you haven't figured it out this is all about and developing healthy habits and mindset. I encourage you all to think about changing your lives for the better.

Today I participated in a training that helped connect the process to the brain. We learned about what it takes to be productive. We also realized that our success is not dependent on the outside world but with us and our mindset.

Being diagnosed with Bipolar I was devastating to me. I thought I was mentally strong but didn't realize it is a chemical imbalance. Having spent days in a mental hospital 2 years in a row was what I thought a wake up call but turned out to be just the beginning.

We all have trials and tribulations in our life. Everyone goes through tragedy and there is no preventing it. However we can prevent and determine the way we act and respond to such events. Take a listen to how my son is a champion.

It is how it all happened for you. The EPS is the foundation of your existence. Look back on your journey and how did you get here? Take some time to get that down on paper. Having it will bring your more success to your business.

We all need to have a brand...something that defines us. Who do we help. How do we help them. What do they receive from us? We need to be set apart from our competition as well as our our products in order to be truly successful.

We need to be able to stand out from the ordinary and the average. Having a message that is different and unique gives you an advantage. Learn this method and you'll be well on your way.
