Clay was born and raised in Hughes Springs, TX. He moved to Arkansas for college and graduated cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University in 2014 with a degree in Finance and Management. After undergrad, he completed his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2016. He married his wife, Emily, in October of 2016, and was a Financial Advisor for a Fortune 500 firm before joining Hatcher Capital Investments in November of 2018. He has multiple professional licenses: the Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance.

Clay and Emily live in Conway. They have one daughter, Macie, and two dogs, Sully and Maverick. They attend Fellowship Bible Church in Conway and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Danie Swanepoel is originally from Bloemfontein, South Africa. He came to the U.S. in 2008 on a Rugby scholarship at Arkansas State University. He received a Corporate Finance degree and All-American honors in Rugby. After that, he received an MBA from John Brown University and a Masters in Biblical & Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Danie worked for a bank consulting firm for three and half years before joining Splash in 2015. He serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Splash which is a company that owns, operates, and develops car washes and oil change facilities.

Danie is married to Rachel, and they have three children: Eleanor (8), Clark (5), and Eden (1).

Danie is passionate about servant leadership, apologetics, and discipleship. He enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor adventures, and functional fitness.
