Buenas tardes, amigos de Hive Calisthenics espero que todos estén bien, esta es mi primera publicación para esta comunidad, lo cual me hace sentir alegre!

En el entrenamiento de hoy me acompañó mi amigo Daniel, trabajamos varios ejercicios enfocados en los hombros.

La noche fue muy agradable porque se escuchaba buena música y los demás chicos estaban dándolo todo en su entrenamiento.

Realizamos:

Está rutina la hacemos 2 veces por semana y nuestro objetivo es algún día poder hacer la stradell planche.

Good afternoon friends of Hive Calisthenics I hope everyone is well, this is my first post for this community, which makes me feel happy!

Saludos amigos de 3speak y #SWC feliz sábado para todos ustedes, en esta oportunidad me acompaña mi buen amigo @lionfit en un set de resistencia.

No teníamos pensado en hacer este set ya que ambos habíamos hecho una rutina y ya estábamos cansados, sin embargo @Valecillos nos retó a hacerlo y como Leonardo nunca le dice que no a los retos pues ya ni modo, es lo que hacemos.

Disfrutamos mucho la rutina aunque algunas reps nos salieron nulas pero lo importante fue incentivar a los chicos que nos miraban con atención!

Greetings friends of 3speak and SWC happy Saturday to all of you, this time my good friend Leonardo joins me in an endurance set.

We had not planned to do this set since we had both done a routine and we were already tired, however Valecillos challenged us to do it and as Leonardo never says no to challenges, it is what we do.

We really enjoyed the routine even though some of the reps were not good but the important thing was to encourage the guys who were watching us with attention!

¡Hola amigos de #3Speak, SWC, y HIVE. El pasado 16 de abril cumplí 29 años de edad y lo celebré de una manera muy peculiar junto con mis amigos!

Cumplí con la tradición de hacer un muscle up por cada año que he vivido, me sentí un poco nervioso porque es un alto número de repeticiones y este ejercicio es demandante a nivel muscular y cardiovascular, pero esto es lo que hacemos, llegamos al límite de nuestra capacidad, lo hacemos por pasión.

Les doy las gracias a Dios por darme las fuerzas necesarias para subir la barra y permitirme practicar este bello deporte, agradezco a los chicos de Fortis Workout por apoyarme ¡En todo momento sin duda alguna se respiró una atmósfera agradable!

Trataré de mejorar la calidad de mis repeticiones en mi siguiente cumpleaños, vieron que comencé bien y a medida que iba sumando números mi técnica iba en declive. Pero así es la vida, hay días buenos y días malos, nos cansamos... Pero lo más importante es no rendirse y seguir adelante hasta cumplir tus metas. ¡Este es mi mensaje para los chicos que van iniciando en la calistenia y en el street workout!

Hi friends of #3Speak, SWC, and HIVE. Last April 16 I turned 29 years old and I celebrated it in a very peculiar way together with my friends!

I fulfilled the tradition of doing a muscle up for every year I have lived, I felt a little nervous because it is a high number of repetitions and this exercise is demanding at a muscular and cardiovascular level, but this is what we do, we reach the limit of our capacity, we do it for passion.

I thank God for giving me the necessary strength to climb the bar and allow me to practice this beautiful sport, I thank the guys at Fortis Workout for supporting me at all times without a doubt there was a pleasant atmosphere!

I will try to improve the quality of my reps on my next birthday, you saw that I started well and as I was adding numbers my technique was declining. But that's life, there are good days and bad days, we get tired.... But the most important thing is not to give up and keep going until you meet your goals, this is my message to the guys who are starting out in calisthenics and street workout!
