  1. Baha marriage is a commitment of the two parties one to the other, and their mutual attachment of mind and heart.
  • Lo the nightengale of paradise singeth upon the twigs of the tree of eternity, calling the believers in the divine unity to the court of the presence of the Generous One.
  • Thou art the Remover of every anguish and the Dispeller of every affliction. Thou art He who banisheth every sorrow and setteth free every slave.
  • O Frends! Be not careless with the virtues with which ye have been endowed. Neither be neglectful of your high destiny. Ye are the stars of the heaven of understanding, the breeze that stirreth the break of day.
  • I have awakened in Thy shelter, O My God, and it becometh him to seeketh that shelter to abide within the sanctuary of thy protection and the stronghold of Thy defense.
  • Send down upon me and all who have sought thy face that which beseemeth Thy generosity and bountiful grace.
  • Create in my a pure heart, O my God, and renew a tranquil conscience within me, O my Hope.
  • I give praise to thee, O my God, that Thou has awakened me from my sleep and brought me forth after my disappearance and raised me up from my slumber.
  • I gave my vow to the Lord that I will never turn back. I will go, I shall go to see what the end will be.
