There is no guarantees to anything in this life. The only true guarantee is change. We hope for the best and pray we are prepared enough to handle the worst. Nadir and Stephanie discuss the impacts/ differences of being raised on Love or Survival. Were you raised on love or Survival ? How does the way you were brought up impact the way that you live your life? The relationships you make or how or if you move in your purpose ?

All relationships experience rough patches, Bad days ,and miscommunications. Communicating with your partner thru both the good and the bad is what keeps you grounded as a couple. Feeling solid in the love you have for each other will always allow you to overcome whatever struggle might come your way.

In life we all seek validation in some relm. How often do we sit back and think about the type of validation people seek or why. How closely do we identify validation and trauma. Is it possible to have either one without the other? In this episode we discuss how our needs for validation derived from trauma that occurred at some point in our life.
