Husband and wife team Verna and Rupert discuss Villa's courageous win against Arsenal after beating Citeee only 3 days before. Verna highlights how tired but valiant the team were. I think they agree that Arsenal are vey good but missed their chances. But also they agree this is something magical happening. It wasn't the same as against Man City, but we still win with grit and guts !! And hats off to Deondonker

Husband and wife Team Rupert and Verna discuss another point gained away from home, but another strange performance. Perhaps VaR and a definite sending off not going our way reduced our best spell. Martinez saves 3 times to keep Villa in the game. A  wonderful equaliser from the lethal Watkins (even Verna accepting he is now at a different level). Zaniolo now a real problem. Husband and wife Team Rupert and Verna discuss Villa remarkable break through into the CL top 4 places and the Euro elite . Villa ride their luck in the first half to win a very close game at the Tottenham stadium. Emery's first half team a disaster but he is genius and made changes at half time which won the game. Tielmans, Martinez and Watkins all brilliant 

Villa's high line catches out Son offside 347 times and he has 3 goals disallowed

Husband and wife Rupert and Verna are stunned to talk about an incredibly underwhelming performance and loss against Nottingham Forest. The away day blues continue, with now our third loss and some very poor performances - Houston we have problem! Scores for the players historically low for an Emery team - some 1s and 2s dished out. 

We are still brilliant, but we need Ramsey and Moreno back away from home as we are a bit slow and obvious currently
