When the ground breaks on the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Prescott Valley this fall, the Town is about two years out from opening its first upscale, extended-stay, limited-service hotel. The 93-room hotel will sit on 2.1 acres at the northeast corner of Main Street and Florentine Road, adjacent to the Findlay Toyota Center—walking distance to everything downtown city center. “We are less than a quarter mile from Prescott Valley’s Central Entertainment District and people like to walk,” says Dane Beck of the Beck Legacy Group.
