Dr. Russo received his postgraduate training in the Family Medicine from the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Santa Monica Hospital and Medical Center, Santa Monica, CA. Since then he has worked in private practice and most recently with a Federally Qualified Health Center in New York State.
From 2008 – 2011, he was an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine; instructing medical students in primary care and Family Medicine. He is still passionate about the practice and science of medicine, enjoys meeting new people, is endlessly entertained by his yellow Labrador retriever. He is looking forward to learning and experiencing the community here in Torrington and the northwest hills.
