Life is a journey! Due to circumstances in our life from our experiences with our loved ones, friends and the world we have coping mechanisms to suppress what we are feeling. Every situation in life is molding us into the person we need to be to move forward. When you grieve it may be from whatever situation from losing a loved one, friend, or what’s occurring on a daily basis. Remember, our feelings change from moment to moment, but talk about what you are feeling. You are never alone!
