RPA’s Phil Irvine, joined four other analytics veterans in a panel discussion hosted by UCLA Anderson titled “Starting and Advancing a Career in Analytics: A Minority Perspective.” Together, they share their nontraditional career paths, the personal and professional skills that have made them successful, and how organizations can create pipelines to foster greater diversity and representation in the industry.
