Martine discovered yoga her freshman year of college but REALLY discovered it when she first moved to LA in her early 20s. Yoga has since become a healing modality for her, it worked on her in so many ways healing her emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Traditional methods of treating trauma, leave out the body part, which can lead to disassociation and other challenges. Yoga helps to bring us back in touch with our bodies and heal the physical as well as the mental.
