A common question Bonnie gets from friends and associates is - how does she manage everything; working full-time, being a loving wife and mother, achieving her many graduate degrees, serving in her community, and staying fit over the years.
There is no magic formula for her success and happiness. All of her past, current, and future success are founded on vision, and it progresses with purpose, keeping momentum, and working toward a clear objective.
Throughout her career, she has had numerous chances to coach others. She has shared mental, physical, and emotional wellness strategies with groups of parents, youth, and professionals in a variety of settings, including professional counseling settings, "parking lot" conversations with friends and colleagues, in-home gatherings of women, and presentations to parent groups, youth, and professionals. She's worked with young individuals transitioning into adulthood, new moms juggling parenthood with work or school, women dealing with the changes that come with an empty nest, a recent divorce, or those looking to start a new career or transform a hobby into a business.
In this episode we cover:
* How Bonnie helps achievers women
* Why are more women who measure themselves against this impossible standard
* How am I going to make that work? It's almost like the constant to-do spills over into the rest. How can we start doing it back a bit?
* What did you have in your life that you can put on autopilot?
* What can you do in your life?
* When Bonnie's book will be out
* What Bonnie’s piece of advice she had ever received on her journey?

Burnout is something that can happen to us all.
As moms and as mom entrepreneurs, we are so much more susceptible to burnout and much more likely to not address it or to push through it and to do more damage because we just don't feel like we can stop, or we don't have the ability to make time to help ourselves be well.
Today I am sharing with you my own experience with burnout, what it taught me and how I recovered from it. I am will also share tips you can use to recover from burn out too!
In this episode we cover
My own experience with burnout
What I did and how I helped myself recover from burnout
What we can do preventatively after we experienced burnout to care for ourselves and do so in a way that's conducive to being a mom entrepreneur.

Puja Aggarwal is a Board Certified Neurologist and Epileptologist, as well as a Certified Burnout and Growth Mindset Expert. She got burned out as a physician about 4 years ago. She was working long hours, attempting to balance taking care of her two children with all of life's other demands.
To deal with her burnout, she hired a mindset expert. She was able to become more self-aware and modify her perspective in just a few sessions. She noticed that her thoughts were influencing her moods and events in her life. She went from being overworked, stressed, and exhausted to be more self-aware, and capable of setting limits and attaining her goals. She wanted to help other female professionals with burnout because she had gone through such a transformation in her life.
The Life Coach School and the Qualified Life Coach Institute have certified her as a Burnout and Growth Mindset Expert. She founded Zenful Brain in 2021 to assist other female professionals. She teaches burnout clients how to overcome problems in life and become more self-assured, self-loving, and self-compassionate.

In this episode, I decide to personally talk about something I am passionate about changing - the way women, more specifically moms, think and feel about making money, accumulating wealth, and investing in ourselves.
The narrative today in the media is that women are bad with money, have expensive habits, and need others (men) to take care of us financially. This narrative affects our internal beliefs and how we feel about ourselves and money.
In this episode I address:
- changing how we feel about our skill with earning and managing money.
- adopting an abundant, growth mindset.
- investing in ourselves.
- shifting the narrative around women and money.

Diana is a mother, wife, entrepreneur, life adventurer, spicy food lover, and your best 'booty shakin' friend. She's on a mission to build a community of moms who have the resources, techniques, and support they need to be their best selves at home and in the workplace.
She founded Mom Training to assist other mothers to find more joy, love, and fulfillment by building a community where we can all grow.
In this episode we cover
* Why Diana started her podcast
* What are these skillsets and how can other moms incorporate them
* How do you create a routine and manage your time as a busy mom
* How do you incorporate everybody into what you are doing
* What tools or strategies do we need to use to help ourselves stay centered, make time and take care of ourself.
Key Points
- The first one is designing motherhood, which is you have to have like a vision. You have to have a goal. You have to know what you want is like, just going off of whatever you see all around you is never gonna like hit exactly what's in your heart, what you want to see in your own life, cuz everybody's life is gonna be different
- The next one is time management and routine because you're not gonna be able to make your plan, execute it, have the energy that you need without, time management and routine. Because it really is a structure that needs to support you
- That was the next one was your money management as a mom. To be able to actually create the life you want, you actually have to have money to support you in that.
- The next one is relationships and communication where that one was specifically focused on their marriage, where they had really good communication
- Just making sure that I communicate my needs and have a good support system, someone that I can talk to my mom or my husband when I'm feeling down and being able to just remember who I am and that, I can keep trying and getting better.
- I'm doing a better job than I think I am. That's those are probably some mindsets that, I practice quite often to work on. And, and it's really helpful.
