Why do we always want to rush through our journeys?

I think for me, I put pressure on myself and my journey because I teeter back and forth with feeling like I’m behind in life and knowing that I’m exactly where I need to be in life.

Changing my mindset has been ongoing for me. It’s one of those things that can’t just have the switch flipped. I have to be mindful of how I speak to myself and be intentional when doing the work. It’s freaking hard because certain circumstances can completely get me off track.

There are no shortcuts. 

Every endeavor has a path.
