During the first hour of the show, Marty briefly talked to Attorney Phil DiLucente.  Marty also talked about the Tree of Life shooting massacre, and how Sunday marks one year since the tragedy.  But Marty wonders why we remeber/celebrate when nothing has been done, no new gun legislation, no changes to background checks, etc.  Marty also talked with Attorney Eric Chaffin, with Chaffin Luhana about the kidnapping and murder of Nalani Johson.  Eric is working with Taji Walsh, Nalani's grandmother to get a better understanding of the timeline, and also work on making changing to amber alerts, so they can go out faster.
