Marty and Wendy talk with Trey Willis, the man who said on social media that he was going to lead a protest to disrupt the Canonsburg parade.  He told us that he sat down with the mayor and police and that the parade will go off peacefully.

Wendy and Marty talk with Canonsburg Mayor Dave Rhome about the man who has been saying that he was going to disrupt the fourth of July parade.  The mayor said that he has a handshake agreement with the man that he will not block the parade route.  The Canonsburg parade is know for the amount of people that attend the parade and for the people that set  up chairs along the route days before the parade.

The good news story sees a policeman give his shoes off his feet to a homeless man.  The cop says he was happy to make some kind of a difference.

Marty and Wendy talk with Dan DelBianco, the Executive Director of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix about the upcoming race.  Dan says it is the only vintage race that happens on city streets.  The race has raised over 5 million dollars.

Marty and Wendy are upset that the city wants to raise any taxes for city parks.  They are tired of the city wanting to raise taxes for everything.  City controller Michael Lamb says that there is no reason to raise taxes and that if the big non-profits would pay their share.

Marty and Wendy talk to Pittsburgh City Councilwoman Teresa Smith who's district is Mt. Washington.  She said  the sidewalk repairs needed is very frustrating.  She also said this is a regional asset and that is why they need federal money.

Marty and Wendy talk with CBS Military Analyst Mike Lyons.  He tells them that it is headed in the wrong direction and that he feels the last administration has let this happen because they just didn't want it to happen on their watch.

Good news comes from bad today.  Championship wrestling belts that were meant for a 5 year autistic boy were stolen.  Hear how this good news story goes from bad to good.

Marty and Wendy talk to Robert Mangino about the Youngstown Vindicator closing it's doors.  Mangino worked in the Youngstown market for 15 years and told them how important the Vindicator was to the area.  Mangino says that the Youngstown area was never able to bounce back after the mills closed.

Marty and Wendy talk with Congressman Guy Reschenthaler about his recent trip with elected official to see the southern border.  He said while they were there people tried to turn themselves in to the delegation.  He believes we need to change the immigration law.  He also says that the government has failed the border agents.
