It’s been 10 years since three Pittsburgh police officers were gunned down in Stanton Heights.  Sue Scuillo, the mother of killed officer Paul Scuillo spoke with Marty and Wendy to talk about how her and her family has dealing in the last 10 years.  She says they have learn to live with it and that Pittsburgh has been wonderful to her.

Retire Secret Service agent Ron Layton talks about the security mishap at Mar-a-Lago when a woman from China was caught with malware.  He explains how this happens and the role of the secret service and what they are there to do.  He says the host committee allowed this women is in and she did not break secret service protection.

Local gun advocate and retired military colonel Val Finnell says that local residents will be filing lawsuits on Friday if the mayor signs the bill before then.  He says that residents are tired of local government breaking the law.  He questions the city’s claim that law firms are taking this case on for free.   Val feels they have legal ground on what they plan on doing and he hopes that the District attorney  does his job and takes these lawsuits serious.

Wendy and Marty talk with city councilman Corey O'Connor about the passing of gun legislation that now sits on the mayor's desk.  He says that they feel they will be on the right side of history and that they have the responsibility to protect kids from gun violence.  He also says that the tax payers won't pay for the legal battle that is going to happen and that they have organizations that said they would help with the legal fight.

Marty and Wendy talk with Joan Mills of A Child's Place,  about the story of a grandfather going into a propel school in Hazelwood and beat his grandson with a belt in front of the class.  Joan says she has seen more abuse in the last year that makes her think that things aren't getting better.

When San Antonio's city council voted to ban Chick Fil A from a development project at the city's airport, First Assistant Attorney General Jeff Mateer took our phone calls. Mr. Mateer tells Wendy and Marty how the council's vote is discriminatory and inconsistent with the Constitution and Texas law.

KD-TV John Delano joins Marty and Wendy to talk about the State senate race happening between Pam Iovino and Raja.  John says that they have spent over 2 million dollars for this special election.  He says that republicans don't want to lose the seat and democrats see this as a seat they can gain even though it won't change the outlook for the senate.

Marty and Wendy talk with the Executive Director of the Veterans Breakfast Club Todd DePastino.  Todd talks about all of the stories that he has heard from the veterans that come to the breakfast and how much he has learned.

Local businessman John Placek joined Marty and Wendy to discuss his billboard with the text “Justice Served, Get over it” on display in Worthington, Armstrong County.
