The Star Barn in Lancaster says they will not perform ceremonies for same sex marriages and they are now in a legal battle.  Local attorney Phil DiLucente lays out what is next in the legal battle for the Star Barn and how the courts might act in these cases in the future.

Guardians of the Children is a national 501c3 that provides emotional support to children victimized by sexual, mental and physical abuse. President of the Ohio chapter, "Tig," shares his group's passion for helping kids during their darkest days.

It’s been 10 years since three Pittsburgh police officers were gunned down in Stanton Heights.  Sue Scuillo, the mother of killed officer Paul Scuillo spoke with Marty and Wendy to talk about how her and her family has dealing in the last 10 years.  She says they have learn to live with it and that Pittsburgh has been wonderful to her.
