After 39 years as the Montreal City Councillor for Snowdon, Marvin Rotrand is retiring. He is endorsing Sonny Moroz, running for Ensemble Montreal. Sonny has run the riding office of Anthony Housefather for the past many years and knows the neighbourhood well. It was fun to speak to both of them.
