Mary Ann was born March 5, 1933, in Colfax County to Joseph and Anna (Brichacek) Korecky.  She attended area schools and graduated from Clarkson High School in 1950.  On April 3, 1951, she married Ervin A. Bos at Heun Catholic church.  They lived and farmed southeast of Clarkson until 1979 when they moved to  the farm south of Clarkson.  Mary Ann helped on the farm and was a housewife, raising seven children.  After the kids grew up, she worked at the nursing home in Clarkson for several years.  She enjoyed gardening, baking and embroidery.  She was a member of the church and the Clarkson VFW Auxiliary.

Surviving are her children; Thomas Bos, Schuyler,  JoAnn Johnson, Columbus,   Ronald (Sharon) Bos, Clarkson,  Richard (Kandy) Bos, William (Thersa) Bos, Kenneth (Laurie) Bos, all of Columbus,  Larry (Linda) Bos, Agnew,  18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Elaine Korecky, Chicago and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Stanley Korecky and Marvin (Carolyn) Korecky and son-in-law Mark Johnson.
