In this week's episode I look at our feminine and masculine energies, the benefits of each and how we can learn to balance them. They are our Yin and Yang and we need both but how balanced do you feel? I can see that for me this is going to be a life long challenge, but as I understand it, it is for everyone else too. 

Having worked in business for such a long time I have always found it hard to get out of my over analysing and over thinking brain and to develop great patience around things. 

Now I know about our energy and flow I work hard on flowing not pushing and it makes all the difference to your working day.
