As the Head of Facilitation and Training at Beyond Equality, he focuses on deconstructing and reconstructing masculinities with men and boys. Ben also works as a freelance Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with a focus on race and gender.

His focus is on making important conversations accessible for young people and adults from all walks of life and he is currently working on his first book.
