Plot Summary: Hawkeye goes to Tokyo for R & R and strikes up a barroom conversation with medical consultant Anthony Borelli, during which he convinces Borelli to visit the 4077th to demonstrate his new technique for transplanting arteries. But when a wounded patient shows up needing the transplant, Dr. Borelli disappears.
