Happy Monday Beautiful People!
As we swiftly breeze through the month of April, I did not want to let this month go by without talking about Autism. For those who are aware, April is coined as Autism Awareness Month and I wanted to explore the lives of individuals who have learned to thrive and overcome beyond difficulties. I found no one better than my Sister Friend, Tiana.
As a mother of an almost 8-year- old son with Autism, she understands the emotions, thoughts, and struggles attached to receiving a diagnosis of her child having autism.
Join me as we discuss love, marriage, purpose, and life.

Happy Monday everybody!
Listen, parenting is HARD work. Learning to maneuver through all of our children's stages of life, developmental processes, and emotions can be an intense dose of reality. Today, Jasmine Beane (wife, mother, photographer, videographer, and media director) and I got the opportunity to speak on the learning curves that parents go through when building up our "little people" along with being better people ourselves. Having to unlearn things as an adult is even harder when you are trying to learn how to parent. God is definitely the determining factor throughout these times so I hope you all enjoy the conversation!
Jasmine Beane mentioned a great parenting resource: Raising Good Humans - Hunter Clarke-Fields MSAE

During #WomensHistoryMonth I wanted to honor one of the oldest duties since prehistoric times: helping to bring forth life into the world. Not only do women birth children, but women were responsible for helping other women birth children!
I'm excited to interview Shonte Terhune-Smith, the founder of YOLO Breastfeeding, who assists families in lactation consulting, doula services, and child preparation courses. I hope that you enjoy this interview!

Happy Monday Charitea Peeps!
How intentional are your prayers? I'm not talking about how long you pray or even how eloquent, but how much effort do you give to your prayer life? Do you know how to pray? What things do you pray for? What things do you need to cause #intercession to take place?
Well, I am going to answer all of these questions during this podcast. In light of all that is occurring in our world, especially with the #Ukraine invasion and lives being lost, I wanted to discuss the importance of an intentional #prayer life.

It is no secret that being a mother is not easy! Mothering our precious bundles is a full-time job and criticism should not be a part of the conversation when referring to mothers. Here's an honest conversation on what women face while attempting to be the best they can be as mothers.
We are not tearing down our sisters. We are not shaming women for doing what's best for their families. We are empowering others, one person at a time. Enjoy the podcast!
