The Massachusetts Senate is debating legislation that would expand access to and coverage of mental health care for patients across the state. Senator Julian Cyr, one of the bill's co-authors, joins us from the State House. Senator Cyr is also the Senate Chair of the Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use, and Recovery.
