ChatGPT is quite literally destroying your credibility. I saw 5 or 6 obvious AI written emails just this morning, and every single time I spot one, I instantly stop reading. But so does your audience! People have no patience for it anymore!

I average about a million views a month on Instagram, but last week I posted nothing. On purpose. 

I just got back from a week in Maui with my family and I made a deliberate decision to check out completely. I didn't post, and I didn't even think about content ideas. I was just present with my family.

AI might be the worst thing that's ever happened to your content!
