Quick update on where I've been and where I'm going. Its been a while, but I have been doing a lot work on things like forgiveness. I just touch base on the topics and plans I have fir upcoming episodes.

In this episode I talk about my drug addiction. Without it I wouldnt be able to tell my story today. I hope people lisen and find the strength to get help. This episode I talk about anxiety and childhood memories. How lisening to what your brain says and what we do are two seperate things.

In episode number 2 I get into a little of what is happening to our bodies during anxiety. I also want people to come away with a feeling that they are not alone.
