Make sure you’re present today. Be in the now and don’t drift away from the moment you’re in.

Instead of looking what’s around you, focus on what’s in front of you.

Do you sometime struggle with believing you are living two lives? Embrace it, because you are living truly as yourself.

Your reality is one of many this world has to offer. What will you do to fulfill your reality?

Forgiveness is hard at times. Remember that forgiveness is for your peace, for you to move on, for you to let go.

When you are in your moment, you find your peace.

If you say you’re going to do something, do it! Be a man or woman of your word and hold yourself accountable. Some days you won’t feel like doing anything, but you made a promise to yourself and others. Push through.

Get to a place where your can be yourself, and be yourself.

This morning I woke up with a heavy heart, I’m sure we all have before. I had to force myself to find things that I’m appreciative for, from the comfort of my bed, to my ability to smile, laugh, and most importantly talk to you all. It’s ok to be in a rut, it’s what you do to get out of the rut that defines you. It’s love.

There’s always something to be grateful for. Let’s focus on that each day.
